CASHMERE CARE

Our cashmere will last and become softer over time with careful hand washing.

HAND WASH

We recommend hand washing true to Italian practice, soak your cashmere in cool water for 20 minutes maximum using a suitable specialist soft detergent for wool and cashmere. Gently scrub the underarms and the tips of the sleeves (as well as any stains). Thoroughly rinse and hand-dry the cashmere knit by laying flat on a towel and rolling up without wringing it too much to absorb the remaining water. Leave to dry flat, away from light and heat.

MACHINE WASH

Always use a special laundry bag to avoid any damage from the drum and a suitable soap for cashmere. Select the machine programme for delicates or wool program, cold, short wash or 30°C max with a no wring cycle or max 400 spin speed.

DRYING & IRONING

Always lay your cashmere knit flat on a towel, away from any light or heat source. Iron on a low temperature inside out using the steam button for the best protection, lay a light and damp piece of cloth between the iron and your cashmere.

STORAGE & SHAPE

We provide a plastic bag and while it is less environmentally friendly, it will prevent any moths from getting to your cashmere. To maintain shape, avoid hanging and keep your cashmere folded.
